ASSESSMENT PROCESS

The DE&I Assessment identifies the starting point or base-line of “where we are” on the DE&I Spectrum making it easier to know “where we are headed” in the DE&I Journey.

Each assessment provides a snapshot view of where your organization is positioned on the DE&I spectrum.

 

The data collected enables a more authentic process of:

  • Identifying areas of focus

  • Defining objectives

  • Strategizing effectively

  • Periodic benchmarking

  • Tracking the impact of strategy implementation

STEP 1

DISCOVERY WORKSHOP

In collaboration with HR managers and people managers within your organization the KDC team facilitates a curated workshop to identify and understand the areas of DE&I priority and focus for your organization as determined by your team.

DE&I transformation is an adaptive journey that requires leadership commitment and ownership of the process.

STEP 2

STAKEHOLDER INPUT

To get a wholistic overview of employee inclusion and sense of belonging KDC has developed assessment tools and employee surveys focusing on DE&I as part of the curated discovery process to collect relevant qualitative and quantitative organizational data.

Being intentional about creating a diverse and inclusive organizational culture and structure within your organization leads to employee retention, satisfaction and loyalty. 

STEP 3

PLAN OF ACTION

The assessment process contributes towards developing a bespoke DE&I strategy that will be authentic, deliver impact and create an inclusive organizational culture beyond "ticking-the-box."
